Great hotel. The room was of excellent quality, and there was great friendly room service. The outstanding choice of food during breakfast makes it highly recommended for people who want breakfast during their stay. The location is close to the old town. The pool and sauna were spotless and in excellent condition.

I stayed on 8th to 11th dec when we got there the taxi couldn't drop us at door because of all the road works which meant more difficult for my disabled husband to get in and out of the hotel we were given 1 pair of ear plugs in are room which was for the noise of the road works outside which started at 5am so it meant no lying on for us other than that the hotel was good

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and really enjoyed it. The hotel and our room were clean and cozy, with delicious and varied breakfasts. There’s also a playroom for kids, which was great. The only downside was that during our stay, the water in the jacuzzi was cold. Overall, we had a wonderful experience.

The hotel is mostly okay, it looks more like an Ibis than a Novotel. Cleanliness is okay, could be better, mostly in the common areas (for example, the pool area was filthy and smelly some days). The overall impression is that is a cheap hotel and they tey to make money out of the most basic stuff: hygiene products and bath robes are only provided for premium rooms. It this were a planet conscious choice (to charge for them in order to prevent waste) it would be like that fo all guests, not chargeable for some only. Also, they are mot transparent about this, you have nowhere to find out in the room description that robes are only provided if you pay for standard rooms.
